Wholesale Terms & Policies


Online Ordering:

To create your wholesale account, please email with the following information to be given access to online ordering:


  • Store Name & Your Name

  • Type of products you sell

  • Store Location (Brick & Mortar, Online, or Both?)

  • How you found us


Orders can be placed online with a wholesale account, or via emailed purchase order. If ordering via purchase order, you will receive an invoice to pay online.




  • £175 minimum for opening order

  • £100 minimum for reorders

  • Minimum order amounts exclude VAT and delivery.


Turnaround Time:


Order processing time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, however this time estimate may vary based on the holiday and show seasons or for large orders. Most items are made to order. A shipping date will be confirmed once you place your order. You can also email prior to placing your order for an estimated shipping date.


If you need your order urgently, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate. 


Payment & Shipping:


For opening orders and international orders a Pro forma will be created. Re-orders in the UK will thereafter have a payment term of 28 days.


All major credit cards and BACS payments are accepted.


Shipping is free on all UK orders over £500 (exc.VAT). For orders below this amount, we will provide an estimated shipping cost upon receipt of your order. Shipping will be added to your invoice or calculated at checkout for online orders. Orders are shipped via Hermes from London SE22. If you prefer an alternate shipping carrier, let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate. If shipments are returned to Katie Putt Illustration unclaimed or refused, we cannot refund orders or shipping charges. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.


Pickup for local orders can be arranged and no shipping charges will apply.


Cancellations & Returns:


All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns on damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.
